Terms of use
Last updated: July 26, 2026
By using SoundLoadMate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to the website, downloader, and related public endpoints.
Permitted use
You may use SoundLoadMate only for public audio that you own, that is in the public domain, that carries a license permitting your intended use, or that you have explicit permission to download. You are responsible for confirming your rights before saving or reusing any file.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, obtain private material, overload or probe our systems, distribute malware, automate abusive request volumes, misrepresent file quality, or violate applicable law or a third party's terms.
Service availability
SoundLoadMate is provided on an “as available” basis. Public source formats and external services can change, so we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every track, a particular audio quality, or permanent availability of a previously accessible URL.
Intellectual property
Creators retain rights in their audio and artwork. SoundLoadMate does not grant a license to content supplied by third parties. SoundCloud is a trademark of its respective owner; SoundLoadMate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SoundCloud.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties. You accept responsibility for each download and its subsequent use. SoundLoadMate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use, misuse, interruption, or unavailability of the service.
Enforcement and updates
We may block abusive activity, rate-limit requests, or change these terms to protect users, creators, and the service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions may be sent to support@soundloadmate.org.
