Include the public SoundCloud URL, device, operating system, browser and approximate time of the error. Copy the exact error message if possible. Do not attach downloaded audio.

What happens after you contact us
Messages are reviewed according to subject and urgency. A clear report can usually be investigated faster than a general statement that the service does not work. We may ask for a public test URL or additional browser details, but we will never ask for your SoundCloud password.
SoundLoadMate does not provide help with bypassing private sharing settings, passwords, geographic restrictions, subscriptions, paywalls or other access controls. We also cannot grant permission to use a creator's audio.
Before sending a technical report
- Confirm the track opens publicly without signing in.
- Copy the complete track URL rather than a profile or search page.
- Retry once in a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- Record the error message and whether the problem happened during analysis or download.
