SoundLoadMate is designed to work without user accounts. This policy explains the limited information processed when you use soundloadmate.org and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you submit a public SoundCloud URL, our server processes that URL to identify the requested track and prepare the response. Do not submit private links, account credentials, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may temporarily process standard request data such as an IP address, browser type, request time, requested route, response status, and error information. This information is used to operate, secure, monitor, and troubleshoot the service.
Files and account credentials
SoundLoadMate does not ask for your SoundCloud password and does not create a permanent personal library of downloaded audio. Download responses are marked private, use no-store controls, and are excluded from search indexing.
Cookies and third-party services
The core downloader does not require a user account. SoundCloud and infrastructure providers maintain their own privacy practices when their services receive a request. If analytics or advertising services are introduced, this policy will be updated to explain the relevant provider and user choices.
Retention and your choices
Operational logs are retained only as reasonably needed for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time. For privacy questions, email support@soundloadmate.org.
