User responsibility
Users are responsible for confirming that a download and its intended use are permitted by the rights holder, an applicable license and the law where they live. Public availability alone does not remove copyright protection.

Copyright and takedown policy
SoundLoadMate is intended for public audio that a user owns or has permission to download. This policy explains prohibited use, how rights holders can send a complete notice, and how we respond to credible reports.
Service boundaries
SoundLoadMate does not unlock private tracks, bypass passwords or subscriptions, remove digital rights management, or provide a license to third-party content. The service does not operate as a permanent audio-hosting library.
Submitting a copyright notice
A rights holder or authorized representative may send a notice to copyright@soundloadmate.org. To let us identify and evaluate the issue, include all of the following:
- Your full name, organization if applicable, email address and authority to act for the rights holder.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact public SoundCloud URL and the relevant SoundLoadMate URL or feature involved.
- A good-faith statement that the complained-of use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may delay review because we may be unable to identify the work, confirm authority or understand the requested action. Do not send unrelated personal documents unless they are necessary to establish authority.
How SoundLoadMate responds
We review notices for completeness, specificity and connection to the service. Appropriate action may include investigating the affected workflow, preventing a repeatedly abused URL from being processed, preserving limited operational evidence when legally required, or responding with a request for missing information.
Because SoundLoadMate processes user-submitted public links and does not maintain a searchable audio catalog, a notice should identify the exact URL and explain how the service is involved. Removing a link from SoundLoadMate does not remove the original material from SoundCloud; concerns about the original hosting page may also need to be directed to SoundCloud.
Counter-notices and mistakes
If you believe an action was taken because of identification error or another mistake, contact the copyright address with the affected URL, an explanation, your contact details and any information showing that the material or use is authorized. We may share the substance of a notice or counter-notice when reasonably necessary to investigate, comply with law or allow the parties to understand the claim.
Repeat abuse and false claims
We may restrict access when repeated requests show infringement, automated abuse or attempts to bypass service limits. Knowingly false or misleading notices can harm creators and users and may carry legal consequences. Submit only claims you are authorized to make and provide accurate information.
